At Brothers Web Developer we want every client to be satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for services purchased through our website.
All services offered by Brothers Web Developer are digital services delivered electronically. Because of the nature of digital work, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project at the time of the request.
A full refund is available if you request cancellation within 48 hours of purchase AND no substantive work has begun on your project. To request a refund, email support@brotherswebdeveloper.com with your order details.
If work has already commenced, a partial refund may be issued for the portion of work not yet completed. We will provide a clear breakdown of work completed and the refundable amount.
Refunds are not available after final deliverables have been sent and approved by the client, or if the client has failed to respond to communication for more than 30 days during an active project.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
