Brothers Web Developer provides web development, web design, SEO, and related digital services as described on our website. All services are delivered digitally via electronic communication and file transfer.
When you select a service package or custom package and complete the checkout process, you are entering a binding agreement. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for each package. Actual delivery depends on timely provision of content and feedback by the client. We will communicate proactively if delays are anticipated.
You agree to provide necessary content, assets, access credentials, and timely feedback required to complete the project. Delays caused by client unresponsiveness may extend project timelines.
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified on the pricing page. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be quoted separately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brothers Web Developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate an ongoing project with written notice. Refund eligibility upon termination is governed by our Refund Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Amsterdam.
